t’s been nearly a year since Tommy Johnson Jr. powered a Funny Car down the racetrack but on Sunday at the 36th annual Mopar Express Lane NHRA Nationals Presented By Pennzoil, he suited up for his former Don Schumacher Racing teammate Matt Hagan and took home the win from Maple Grove Raceway.

It was a huge day for Greg Anderson as he tied NHRA legend Warren Johnson for career wins at 97. It was his win over Erica Enders that gave him his title on Sunday thanks to his 6.578 pass at 208.30. Anderson also extended his points lead over Enders.
